Yoga Is ... Creating a Life That Matters

Through my practice, I am brought back continually to mindful attention and conscious choice. My practice is about learning to be present with the way things are; to fully accept myself and others in all the ways that humanity plays out in us.

The yogic journey guides me to see perspective when needed, to be non-judgmental and open-minded. Yoga speaks to me of what it means to be a decent human being , the importance of being kind and compassionate, guided by love and grounded in gratitude.

I’ve been practicing and teaching yoga for 25 years. From the start of my journey with Iyengar Yoga and the esteemed teacher, Patricia Walden, I knew I had found my life’s path and calling.

Shannah is presently teaching LIVE classes on-line through ZOOM. Her on-line classes are “camera-on” optional so that she can more optimally “teach”. All Classes are recorded and available for 24 hours after the class.

Video Library: All recorded class are available for purchase ranging from 1 class rentals, to 1 week 3 class rentals, to 2 week 6 class rentals.
